last few weeks ive been putting together some ideas on my next build
im pretty sure i have most of it figured out how to do
only difference between what im going to is that will have aworking water cannon on top the cab. other then that i think i can pretty much come close to it.
the truck will be full functional
i have the scale at 1/11.5
      rails are 843mm long
this will have full detailed interior
      opening doors
      sounds lights etc
i know its a little early to show you guys, because i really cant start for awhile. but i can do alittle here and there .once i get the t3000 done ,then i can go full throttle on it
in the mean time , ive ordered parts for the chassis, tire, rims and axles
heres a picture of the 1:1 m978 hemtt heavy fire truck tanker 8x8 . i will paint it the same scheme

I love this thing. Great job on the grill.

  10. had to make some changes to the engine compartment. the cage has to be 21mm shorter, the exhaust has to be changed and i went with black for the cage

at 1st i want to be an open engine compartment but i seen some pictures of a newer type hemtt. the exhaust has to come out of the rear of the compartment. so i cut the old one off m978 hemtt heavy fire truck tanker 8x8 and added some long pipes to it. later i will make the exhaust stacks.

heres a before and after picture

  12. i was going to do a single exhaust, but i want this to look meaner, so i had some tractor exhaust here, so i cut them in half and made into like a stubby stack.

    Hey Joe,
Your work is beautiful. I like how you systematically approach a complex and large project. I'm going to get some PVC pipe tomorrow for a project I've been struggling with. Great idea. I really like the Allison engine. The finished truck will be a masterpiece. Thanks for the providing the detailed photos.
