last few weeks ive been putting together some ideas on my next build
im pretty sure i have most of it figured out how to do
only difference between what im going to is that will have aworking water cannon on top the cab. other then that i think i can pretty much come close to it.
the truck will be full functional
i have the scale at 1/11.5
      rails are 843mm long
this will have full detailed interior
      opening doors
      sounds lights etc
i know its a little early to show you guys, because i really cant start for awhile. but i can do alittle here and there .once i get the t3000 done ,then i can go full throttle on it
in the mean time , ive ordered parts for the chassis, tire, rims and axles
heres a picture of the 1:1 m978 hemtt heavy fire truck tanker 8x8 . i will paint it the same scheme

What are the rails, crossmembers, and the transfer case made out of? Looks like aluminum to me.

BTW...got my jack stands today! Pretty cool looking. Glad I got them.

the seats and interior is going to be black and orange. so i made seat today, wanted you guys imput. they do fold done. i made it out od 3x .125 styrene m978 hemtt heavy fire truck tanker 8x8 ,.040 for the side straps and rubber legs for the seat cushion.

i made some lower bars for the rocker suspension. skocks , tires and rims are here .
it takes 2x tires to make one (thnx stu) and 2x rims to make one. so lots of modding to do.
still havent thought of which motor to put in it

    finally received in some parts
the alum steering knuckles came in. i was also able to install the steering bell cranks. these were also alum made
so the front suspension is done. but still need to install steering servo.
you can see that i started on the engine compartment floor. this will be removable
next im modding the rims for the doulbe wide tires
