Ohh. What a bummer, man. I read somewhere, when I started doing this model stuff, that you must take into consideration the weight of the material you're going to use and the strength of the supporting components. So my first car's wheels collapsed after I had it almost finished, all brass and plastic spindles. Awesome experience! Does this fire truck hold a water reserve at close to 7lbs per gallon? Good luck buddy, you make it stronger, faster than it was before.

    new frame cut
i went with a shorter leaf spring and with 6 leafs each
this time i laid 30 pounds on it and didnt give
also added 3rd axle with rear steer
i need to remake rear fenders , outer tanker longer and make a 3rd box that goes behind the front box
so this went from a t1500 to t3000. im hoping no body is dissappointed as i had no option for the upgrade
i have an awesome surprize what im adding to the truck too

i went through the whole chassis and cant see any issues
    i made rear fenders
im going with a different motor and tranny for torque, this truck will be heavier then the 4x4, needing more power
the engine compartment will be empty . i have the perfect solution for that area
i just got word my water tank is ready
tomorrow i should have fenders in paint and be back on track
oh ya rear steer is hooked up and ready
