My father always wanted one of these. He said that when he was agile enough to get in and out, he couldn't afford it and by the time he could afford it, he couldn't get his butt out of the seat once he got in.

He passed away some years ago. This is not the greatest build ever, but I built it for him. It's pretty much stock out of the box accept for a scratch-built radar detector on the dash, drilled out brake rotors and a little extra detail in the engine bay.

Nice, nice work and a great tribute also. By the time I could afford a sports car that I liked, I couldn't get in and out of it either. That's why I wouln up with a PT Cruiser.

Yup - That Arno XI is the basis for the engine in The Revenge. Every single piece though is either being reworked or remade to convert it from water to land use.

When I get done with it, you'll never recognize it. It's going to be SICK!

Where the heck was this stuff when I was doing highly detailed WWII aircraft. Everything I did had to be done with a camo or o.d paint job for it to look right. If that stuff goes around corners, like BMF Porsche Type 993 911 , just think of what we can do with rails, heads, engines and broad areas. I don't know if it can be used on a carb or really complex shapes but itwould be worth a try. You can even paint over it and get beautiful paint chipping if you know how to do that.
