Here is the foundation. This is just the basic chassis obviously, TONS more to do with it! Believe it or not, it really is square, plumb and true...the photographer is just a dork, LOL

Is it safe now to say that I am no longer a brass virgin? LOL

David, looks like you are getting a handle on working with brass. Looking good. Camera distortion is always an issue with close up pictures.

    Looking forward to seeing more.

Thanks Ken, it is getting more and more fun to wiork with but Iam still using a fair amaount of styrene 1badz also.

I am planning to do spindle mount struts for the front suspension and a four link or a Heidts inspired IRS out back. Four wheel disc brakes of course and the 427 (modified) from the 1:12 67 Vette and Lenco.

Thanks for the encouragement guys, I do appreciate it! Just about done with the rough work on the underbody, it is still styrene 1badz but when you take a unibody and put it on a full chassis there are a ton of things that need to be modified. I'll post pics of the rough mods just to show how ugly it got before the beauty comes out of hiding.

Rough works in progress aren't ugly David..............think about it, butterflies come out of those ratty looking cocoon things!

Looks like its going to be a nice one.
I haven't been on here for a while but I will be checking back in more offten and watching this one along with some others.
I have lost intrest in building anything right now so maybe this will help get me back in the building mood.

Ya gotta build Earl, ya just gotta! Like I said Don, ugly is as ugly does but I know the swan will emerge soon.

One slightly modified Revell 1badz -Monogram 1:12 69 Camaro underbody, may the filling, priming and sanding 1badz begin!

Hey Earl. Burnout happens. I'm just barely coming out of a session of burnout again myself. The good thing is that it goes away.
