    The rims and Hub are 6061T-6 Aluminum , the spokes are nickel plated 954 Buick Skylark wire wheel bjuild steel , the tire is epoxy 954 Buick Skylark wire wheel bjuild resin 954 Buick Skylark wire wheel bjuild rubber. There is a 3/8-16 threaded spud on the back side of the hub for mounting and a 5/16-18 thread on the front of the hub for the 2 wing knock off. The lug nuts are 2mm acorns.     Chris, thank you for the other pictures. Is the body resin 954 Buick Skylark wire wheel bjuild ? Is that a kit or did you do the body yourself?

    Roger thanks for asking, the body is resin 954 Buick Skylark wire wheel bjuild and all parts are resin 954 Buick Skylark wire wheel bjuild as well, it is not a kit offered for sale, there were three body done, I did not do the bodies and as well am not doing the build, I just did the wire wheels, the builder is from Plano, Texas , a guy buy the name of Brian Yingling, super scale model car builder. I do wire wheels for him from time to time, he mostly was doing Pocher models and heavily modifying them , but has since stepped up his game , here are a few more he has done , the 59 cad is a one off 954 Buick Skylark wire wheel bjuild deal.     Oh! I see, Chris. The bodies are probably made with a 3-D printer; I believe I saw that "factory" somewhere else. Of course, 3-D printer are beyond my possibilities, but I can do details not possible on 3-D printers!

    No that's the guy from the 3-D facility. I have never meet Brian in Person as I live out in California and He lives in Plano, Texas. He does some amazing stuff. Chris

    Hi Chris,

    Since the rim and hub is aluminum, how did you get them to shine so nice? Just by polishing? If so, then how will they retain the shine in time?

    Basically I just pollish the aluminum with white rough and funny thing is it last like forever, I have seen wheels I built ten years ago and they still shine. Chris
