Does anybody here have any experience with Copyright, Trademark or Patent issues?

I have had to deal with both patent and copyright issues when I worked in the corporate world. What is the issue you are dealing with. Like many things the laws are ever changing and adjusting; especially with the advent of the internet. There are also a great deal of misconceptions about what is law and what is not.

Ken's right Rick, why don't you hook up with him via email....I really don't think it's wise to open this can of worms on the forum. There will be way too much speculation and misinterprets of the law. Know what I mean.....what color is blue, or how high is up?
