Interests: Paper models and 1/8th Cars Occupation: ole folks home maintenance | 8C 2300 Alfa Well here we go, to many wants, not enough time/money. But today I again got a super deal on a Pocher. For many years I would only buy a kit, but with the prices as much as a used car for one of the high end kits, I now look for re-buildable assembled cars. And as favor would have, I believe today I got a complete car at a price that makes me one happy boy. I received another kit this past Monday (FIAT), then yesterday I made a offer for this one and the guy accepted this evening. Did not take long to log onto Pay-pal and pay for this gal. I will go thru the car, tear down and rebuild, this I believe would make the 5th 8C Alfa I have had. This version offers a unlimited world of mods and or versions. Will clean up and will work on down the road, got a Cord 1st on build list. |

Then it stood in the closet for years, and finally he gave it away. (when I was 12 or so) Years later, with Internet getting popular, I did a search on "Pocher Alfa". That is when I saw the Pocher Bugatti. The rest is history... |

Interests: Large scale model cars, jazz guitar, collecting diecast models, mural painting, eating crayons. Occupation: Retired from dentistry. I've changed careers and have become a full time automotive replica engineer | Looks like you have a lot to work with there. It's not a basket case at all. It should clean up really well. |

Interests: Paper models and 1/8th Cars Occupation: ole folks home maintenance | Went online today and purchased a few items for this re-do. From the photos as posted looks to be 100%. I will also pick a few items up from Model Motorcars. I have had enough time with this little jewel to know what needs attention and what to leave alone. I am not going for a full blown, detailed w/every additional part out there, just enough to get away from box stock and not overwhelm with details. Have found that way too many builds do not get to completion because of detail burnout. |

Both of these PE kits came from your neck of the woods, FRG. There is also a complete stainless steel PE floorboard from the same mfg. I have not decided if I want to do this as most photos show some type matting in the floor. Thanks for you interest. Rick |

I looked to see if I could find a e-mail but, could not find. has some really nice items for Pocher kits. |
