Started constructing engine. First need to study blueprint.:

Work started. Everything milled. Certainly will be better cast of a tin.

The engine continued collection. Cylinder assembly.

    Details soldered with tin.

    Then after grinding.

    To spray engine.

Balancing. Because the engine leans to one side. There is no geometry.

Wing-production. Everything starts from the rib, which is not so much in only 24 units.

Rib glued together with CA. Then polished.

    Then milled grooves.

I using to blacken parts liver of sulphur, ammonia with copper sulfate, weapons special blacken liquid... There are many ways blacken with chemically.

This proxxon miller good for small jobs. I love it and use it for about a year. Not disappointed him. In future my plan construct CNC Miller machine.

Put the ribs together. Ribs from maple wood. I use proxxon tools: scroll saw and miller.

Holder on which hangs the wings. Wings stained then oiled with flax oil. Which gives the wood protection from external influence of heat, moisture. And highlight the texture tree.

Rear Wheel. Collected on the stand, which the wheel centered. Spoke 0.4 mm. All solder , but it would be better work with smaller soldering iron.

Built into the chassis. Not for long will be painted black.
