recently bought a pair of TDR yet another TDR blown hemi hemi's. VERY nice pieces. you may or may not have seen the twin turbo version i started earlier. well, i couldn't "not do" a super charged version of this animal so, i cobbled some parts up an went to town. my version is a little more "extreme" than some of you may care for but, it definatly floats my boat. i started with the basic TDR yet another TDR blown hemi block and smoothed the sides in the vertical mill and glued some half round stock to simulate the head stud bosses in a BAE style billet block. next i made a new set of hybrid BAE / dart cyl. heads retaining the TDR yet another TDR blown hemi valve cover configuration. an olsen dry sump oil pan was then fabbed. onward to a custom RCD style front cover/ crankshaft support, pump drive. also crank, blower and idler pulleys. an RCD style belt tensioner system. then i made a new blower manifold and setback plate to support the prototype TDR yet another TDR blown hemi 18-71 kobelco style roots blower. custom made the one piece aluminum belt guard / starter mount on the blower snout as well as the aluminum blower snout. rear bearing caps on the blower are also custom aluminum pieces. a 4" injector hat spacer was then made to support the hand made "buzzard" catcher with billet butterflies. i'm starting the detailing process now i.e. the fuel and ignition systems. the msd pro mag 44 is already in place as well as the aluminum "K" style barrel valve. hope you enjoy.

thank you hot yet another TDR blown hemi ford coupe. i'll let the fuel system rest for a while so i can decide on the rest of the plumbing yet another TDR blown hemi . i machined an oil pump for this motor. it will be a 2 stage dry sump system like the earlier plueger units. the oil tank and the oil filter will have to wait for the car to be built for further plumbing yet another TDR blown hemi . hope you enjoy.

back to the fuel system. made a high speed bypass with 2 check valves out of .125 brass hex. it attaches to the barrel valve in this system. the larger line contines to the distribution block, the 2 by pass lines return to the tank via a connection at the 3-way bypass.

You've definitly got my attention Dave! Its absolutly fascinating to see what builders like you are doing in large scale these days. Even though many of us don't have the skills and equipment to build to your level, what you're doing is inspiring us to build a little bit farther out of the box. So, please, keep it up.

That high water mark is going to be really tough to get near. It goes to show what can really be done with a TDR yet another TDR blown hemi kit and a bit of work. I'd love to see what kind of frame that's going into.

thanks guys, for the compliments. i do appreciate them. i guess what i was trying to see was if the was any interest in more modern drag car stuff. i'd hate to be wasting time and space. any way.... on with the blown hemi. i machined a fuel return line block that mounts to the 3-way fuel shutoff. the 3 fuel return lines are plumbed yet another TDR blown hemi into it. when ths engine finds a home, the fuel return line from the block will run to the tank. next i made one more linkage arm for the throttle blades to attach to the throttle cable. i'll be making the cable mount next.

This is very close to what I want to build myself. One question for you, where did you get the blower belt?

Just glanced at the site you mentioned. They have a lot of items. To possibly keep it simple, what series/type belt is it you use. After that I'm sure we will be able to figure length for our individual projects. Thanks, Ted. PS By the way, how did the NNL go?
