This could go in the Scale RC section, but since there's no radio gear in it I'll drop it in here.
As usual this build started by accident. I was looking around the LHS
and came upon a pair of tires that looked like 1/10 scale street radials. My scale muse whispered in my ear "Airstream trailer" (actually it was one of my crawling buddies, damn him). So we talked about how cool it would be to carve up a big block of pink foam into an Airstream. Then I remembered how much fun I had building the slide-in camper and decided to do a full-detail build.
This is where I am right now after one night of slinging styrene
. Eventually it'll be weathered inside and out like a 40-year-old trailer. But I gotta build it first!
And I did buy two pair of tires so the Airstream will get built eventually.
