Spring mounts behind axle rather than above, Tweedy Pie has Ford center section not quick change.
Lindberg axle was too wide so made Monogram axle fit into Lindberg center section.
Spring mount, drill 2 holes and cut out between. Mount location above axle will be for friction shock arms as on Tweedy Pie.
On right is brake from Big Tub showing molded in spring mount, I had to use different location to lower rear and give clearance for center. Lindberg measures 1.35 inches (10.8 scale).
Original center section, start with drill just big enough to ream hole and increase slowly.
Drilled out passage for axle, almost .5 inches but stopped one size smaller and then filed to fit.
