Not gonna interfere with the 32 Rat Rod thread. This is the beginning of my Deuce. I sectioned about 7 inches out of the body. Once I get the tubs in I'll be able to do the body work around them. In scale it will sit approx. 2 inches at the bottom of the body at the door. The tubs will not completely cover the tires. I will have a flare up opening. I usually think up ideas at 4am when I first awake....it is a natural thing. I next to never sleep after 4am. I have been pondering the rear 4 link....I came up with this swing arm idea....kind of like on a motorcycle. The axels will be mounted through it and then shocks to the top of the frame.(No pics yet.) Z-mounted at the top of the differential casing. I guess it will be natural-ish.???? I see it in my mind, anyway. It will have an opening trunk and doors, too. I am considering adding a 1/2 inch in length from the rear window to the trunk line, too. As Forrest Gump would say..."Fast is as fast does". Doh!( a little Homer there, too!!) And for you OLD guys...no, there will not be a rumble seat '32 Ford Chopped 3 Window... "Deucosity" ! hahahah!....just rumble! I guess I am burned out on the T dragster a little and I have a lot of work going now....so things are going to be slow until my move is completed. I am moving at the end of May. I have plenty of imagination coming out of the big box of resin '32 Ford Chopped 3 Window... "Deucosity" parts I bought from Don in the garage sale....a dual quad 426 Hemi will be the power plant! This project will be mostly resin '32 Ford Chopped 3 Window... "Deucosity" or scratch built '32 Ford Chopped 3 Window... "Deucosity" . I'll probably turn 60 before it's done...sure hope not! Rick

That'll make a real serious rod. Looking good.

I see you picked up a set of "nascar" eagles from my pal Doug B. I gotta get me a set from him one of these days. Something I gotta ask.... Where did you get the rims for those tires??? Inquiring minds want to know.

Hi Guido, The tires/rims came from a guy in Canada. I am sure they were made from truck rims because of the number of mounting bolts. I have matching front rims, too. They are resin '32 Ford Chopped 3 Window... "Deucosity" cast. Maybe he got the tires from your friend Doug. The tires are a nice rubber slick. I saw these same rims on one of Dan's builds in the gallery, too. Rick
