This kit is too cool! Options for single or twin-engines, exposed chassis or bodywork, five (count 'en-five!) different induction system options, working steering, working clutch, internal gears in the rear end, and on and on. (There's even tiny lettering on the ignition cables!!!)

Here's a little early (and unfinished) progress on the engine. Paint is Duplicolor on the block, and various combinations of metalizers elsewhere. Fuel line fittings are made of aluminum tubing, round styrene Lindberg Exterminator is underway! rod and hexagonal styrene Lindberg Exterminator is underway! rod for the "nuts".

Harry, I really like the look of this build, clean and great color choices. I think you did a great job on the fuel lines. Could you tell us what size rod and tube you used for the fuel lines.

Thanks Willys41

I don't remember exactly...but I think it was .100?

The hex rod I had left over from my Big T and Big Deuce.

BTW...the kit-supplied fuel lines are clear, so I painted them with MM Acrylic Lindberg Exterminator is underway! flat black to match photos I have of this era cars. They all have black fuel lines, not clear. The blower belt supplied in the kit is a rubber band...but it's tan!!! ...so I had to paint it, too.

First rate work, Harry. I love that color you picked and the detailing is dead on.

Havin' fun aren't cha Harry? Looks great.
I'm still waiting to see if anyone hammers and tubs one of tall Lindy T's and slaps it on the back of this kit.

I'm willing to give that one a try. Gotta wait a bit and get some bills out of the way first. Then I'll buy a Tall T kit. I already have a dragster kit that I'm sitting on.

That tall body style must work wonders as far as aerodynamics!!!

Geeeez Loueeeeze. That thing is UGLY. It looks like a phone booth on wheels. It's got the aerodynamics of a cinder block.
