This is just a bit of general interest information.
The late John Thompson in the UK produced a series of books and plans about making scale model horse drawn vehicles.
I believe that the books and plans are still available through two companies in the UK with very similar sounding names.
One is named Hobbies and the other Hobbys. Both carry extensive ranges of all sorts of model making kits and materials.
