Coca Cola 600 Memorial Day this SUNDAY, SUNDAY, SUNDAY!!!!

I've lived in the Charlotte area now for nearly 3 years. If I dont get my butt down to a Nascar race I think Ill be deported back to California. Since I really dont want to move back I shelled out the nearly $200 for me and boys to see the race this weekend. I picked up the Papa Johns special that gets us down in pit row and meet a few of the divers as well as free pizza before the race and a limited edition 2010 Coca Cola 600 die-cast car. (only one per family limitations apply).

Anyone here going to make the event this year?

Well off to the track. Anyone in the area Lows Speedway is having a free pre event today. Lots of stuff for the family.

Opens at 12 and lasts most of the day.

I wish I was going. If this is your first race, you are in for a real treat. I have tickets to the Lenox 301 next month. I've been looking forward to it since I ordered them in Feb. I'm sure you're going to have a blast.

The first race I went to was in Dover in 2007. The kids and I camped through a tropical storm to see the race. The race was a day late and we wore trash bags to keep dry, but we still had a blast. I suggest camping at the track if you can. Traffic can be a bit rough, but well worth it.
