Need photo etcher for a simple job

I need to create a grille guard for my 1/16 Mercedes SS. Simple job, using the art below. Both drawings are in the same scale, and the basic frame should be 1-3/8 inches wide by 1-1/2 inches tall. These 2 pieces will be glued together. Metal should be as thick as the lines in the art. Please contact me at sjordan47@comcast.net

Well...I'd do it for you on my next batch of stuff, but I'm not having any luck whatsoever in etching thicker material. About the thickess I can do right now is .005" thick...which isn't near thick enough for what you need done.
