Here is a link to a 2 part silicone putty that you can mold that handles temps up to 900F and doesn't degrade as quickly as some others on the market. Back in the 80's I used a product by Corning or DuPont that could withstand high temps but it doesn't seem to be available any longer. This is the first thing that I have found that can take some serious temp. So with repeated casting of 400F+ It should last well. Happy Thanksgiving All!!-Gary
