Two years ago I rushed through building my bench because I herniated my back. I designed it as a wrap around but Ive since found that design restricting. I'm now looking for ideals on a new bench.

We've done a few threads on showing off your bench but this time I would like to add your wish list for the perfect model workarea.

Please post pictures of your bench and then post pictures of your dream bench. Lets have some fun and maybe this time Ill get it right.

Now for the perfect bench Ill have to go with GW's I would like to do someting like this but on a slightly larger scale.

I like it. Lots of cool toys to play with, Tage.

Even though my work area does not compare to yours, I figured that I would share. This is where I do my "real" work. I apoligize for my mess, but I do my best work when things are messy. Everytime the boss makes me clean up at work, it takes me a week to find everything I need. By then, the place is a mess again.

If I had an area as nice as you guys do, I would never see my family again! (and it would be a huge mess)

I posted these pics in some other threads but what the heck. I love to show off
Here's where I go to play with my toys.

It's supposed to resemble an old garage from the late 40's and early 50's.

    HFC,
Those are my original Tiger Stripes hanging on the back of the door with my original black pajamas that I wore on the river at night.
