When I was a kid...I still remeber seeing a car (vintage) that had round doors. Anyone come across it in their travels?

That's close, but the car I'm thinking of may have been built for a Duke or Royality. Possibly French manufacturer?

Those definitely are the cream of the crop. They'll make some gorgeous displays.

    Hi all,
Here is a site overflowing with great car photos - as well as some classic steam locomotives and airplanes. Old Convertible Pictures
This link will take you chapter two of the classic convertibles, and once there, there are a number of links within the site to take you to other makes and machines.
Here are a couple of samples that blew my socks off.

    No round doors on Bugattis...

Perhaps you mean the Bugatti Atlantic. Built for mr Rothschild. No round doors, but they are coming close.

Once someone wants to tackle these about cars, please start with the Bugatti shown. (It was a gift from the French government to the Shah of Iran, for his wedding.)

Those are truly some of the most beautiful rolling stock to set foot on the road!

As you can tell by my avatar, I am a fan of the 30's styling especially Fagoni et Falaschi (Phoney and Flashy! )
