Gang, this may not mean much to most but those M.F. shifter "walking sticks" are special items indeed. He doesn't sell them, they are for folks that live for the smell of burning rubber, racing fuel and have a special meaning to the old fart. We go back a ways and are on the same page, with any kind of luck (only if I don't screw up too bad) he might even make and autograph one for my sorry old butt. We'll see if I can earn one, all in due time.

I wanna see the guitars and amps. I've been playing for over 40 years and have had a running love affair with guitars since 1966. I even own a couple of neat ones.

  6. OK HFC you got it here's a couple for you!And no these pics are not bacwards I am a lefty! My main axes are now the new Hagstroms Black sparkle d2f and a black Swede. Hard to beleave but I like these better than my Les Pauls! The green burst is a REAL late50's early 60s Danellectro. Modded with 3 lipstick pickups and a strat 5 way switch. This guitar will out surf anything on the planet!! In all pics. is one of my trusty Vox AC30s. This one is one of the new voxes modded with Mercury transformers. I also have a couple of 60s AC30s I do not play to often because as we know they are worth more than my life!! So they are only used in the studio. But the last pics. are the Holy Grail! Meet Ol' Yeller! 1959 Gibson Les Paul Special Lefty!! One of three that is known to have been built in 59! This guitar was on the road with me from 1985 through 2002 when I quit touring. Beat to death sounds like a freight train!!! If Leslie West and Joe Walsh had a child this would be it!!!! Also own a 58 historic L.P. standard, 57 Historic L.P. gold top and a Gibson 59 reissue 335. Those are tucked away in my Mom's closet. I sold most of my collection in 02. Playing and working in a music store most of my adult life my collection hoverd around 100 lefthanded guitars. No Foolin!!
