That looks like a Pininfarina badge behind the wheel cutout. Did Ford ever do an Italian bodied show car?

I'll give you guys another hint..............I don't know the answer.

I'm thinking it could be a Simka or some sort of AC Bristol. I'm thinking Simka because of that company's connection to the Ford Motor Company. I'm also thinking that this car has to have some sort of Ford lineage in order to compete in the Dearborn.

Take this for what it's worth guys 'cause my memory isn't quite as sharp as it used to be....
I mentioned in a previous post to check out the engine....Jeff was right when he said it was a Ford flattie. Very few of these cars were made and even fewer with the Ford engine.....if I remember correctly, the body was designed by one of the artsy fartsy guys and Ford was mixed up in it. Not many around.

I can't think of a nicer looking wrapper for the venerable Ford FH. (Drat! Just what I needed, another idea.)

Anyone know exactly the configuration of the "Mistral" engine?

From France! I didn't know that. I wouldn't mind cruising in that.
