RIP Bettie. I have been collecting her memorabilia for a number of years, I am happy to have a couple photos and the book autographed by her, I wish I could have met her. There will never be an icon quite like her again, she will be missed.

I heard she had a heart attack but I didn't know the follow up. She has been a favorite of mine for a very very long time. She was absolutely drop dead gorgeous and from what I've read about her she was a great person even though she had one turbulent life. For those not familiar with her, either google her name or look her up on YouTube. She was the best.
