    I thought this one deserved it's own thread. I was searching through the net and found this grouping of pics on scratchbuilding wheels and tires. It looks like the technique is a bit time consuming but if we can do some casting Making Tires and wheels , then this can be a say to make the masters. Hope this helps.

    There are a lot of shops, but it depends on your location. Tires I know, have been available at auto parts shops around Carson CA. Others provide free tire covers. just be more specific of the model type, the make model, etc. I might as well recommend you to some of my friends at Carson. By the way, is there something wrong with the tires you have? My bro used to have haynes repair manuals, i'll try to have it borrowed some other time. It might as well contribute to the forum.     The ones I have are near worn out. They don't have replacements from the manufacturer anymore and they are little stiff. I own the website boydcoddintonrccars.com and would like to find someone who can do replacements
