That is just too cool, sling. It's got a whole bunch of great stuff besides the derby like the airplane and ship modelers, the old cars (or rather hotrod embryos) and more. Thanks for finding this.

How did you like the prizes that were handed out? A 4 year scholarship for 1st, a new car for 2nd. You won't get anything like that today. If they did offer prizes like that today I'd take a new car for 2nd place. Or, if they didn't want to give me a new car, I guess I'd [I]settle[/I] for a '34 Chevy... If I really had to.
