    That's easy Rick. That's a 1997 Oprah V8. And what makes it unique is that it's constantly changing it's displacement, it makes a lot of noise and it only runs if it's behind an ice cream truck.

    The tin foil and electrical tape are particularly impressive. I'm not sure what it is, but I'm pretty sure it didn't come out of Maranello or Santa Agata.

    Lee nailed it. 1917 Chev V8. Probably the first overhead valve V8 produced. I know of a complete running one on a farm in Sasketchewan Canada.

    Final clue..........its a foreign car, made in America in the mid 30's for midget racing. The grill bars are from a 34 Ford grill.

    Its an American Austin, built in the mid 30's to compete in a midget race car series. They even borrowed the grill bars from Ford.
