    I finished the water pump after texturing it as well and making the aluminum mounting hardware and the plug for where the heater hose would go.

    Gunze Sangyo makes some rough aqueous acrylics. They have pre mixed grit. Probably too sharp grained to represent castings, but useful otherwise. ...

    It was already 2 or 3 years ago, I don't remember the "end result", it was just not usable, not like yours!
