The first new Pocher kit in fifteen years is introduced Wednesday. Just for fun, what are your guesses for what model it will be? Whoever guesses correctly will have bragging rights until the next introduction! My guess? 2012 Alfa Romeo 8C.

My guess is the Aston Martin Vanquish or V12 Zagato.

You're right Don, that's the next big???. I am estimating about 1200$, hope that it'll offer some value for money, though it is already on my wishlist.

$1200 is a lot of cash, but if the super-detailing project lasts 2 years...still cheaper than golf!

If it's a 300 SL Gullwing, that puts me on a fiscal cliff of my own. I guess we'll find out Wednesday.

Could the engine sound in Pocher's teaser Web page hint at the Gullwing?

EDIT: This was linked at Brady Ward's website as the new kit on his workbench. Doesn't look like a Gullwing.

Based on that silhouette I'm going to have to guess Aston Martin DB9.

In the centre page of the 1995 catalogue appears the prototype of the Ferrari F50 with reference number K62. This model never entered into production because, allegedly, the prototype was stolen in Milan together with the car that contained it and Rivarossi did not have enough financial means to repeat the operation.

So it looks like it's going to be modern. If it was in the classic series, a Bugatti T35 is screaming out to be made....
