Retaking the Pocher Alfa, I'm making some accesories found on the prototype, and not found in the Pocher kit....
One of them is the side toolbox, or in the latest versions, the battery box....
Made from styrene
sheet, brass strips, mini rivets, and some other assorted parts, it is fully working....its closing handbolts are unthreaded 1/2 a turn, set to the sides and the lid can be lifted...inverse procedure causes the lid to stay in place just like the
1/1
counterpart...
The first pics shows it closed, opened and on the frame....
The step for the driver was made from styrene
sheet and it even has the antiskidding material...
The 4 mudguards were detailed with the reinforcements found on the prototype...
All these parts have the first primer
coats, which duly sanded will receive the Alfa red paint...
Cheers
Mario
