        Is there a 1/16 Ford straight six out there. I've been tossing the idea of making my grandpa's 65 mustang using the AMT 1/16 Ford straight six 64.5 Mustang kit, but his mustang has a straight six, and it's a convertible.

      I don't believe there is anything out there like that at this time. The only thing I can think of is to scratchbuild one. If I were you, I'd still build the car but with the hood kept closed like a curbside model. I'd hate to see you not build something that means a great deal to you because of the engine. I've had a similar experience with a model from the Franklin Mint. I wanted a model of a dark blue and white 54 Chevy Bel Air like the one my father had and the mint was selling one in 1/24 scale. The only thing was that it was light blue and was the hard top instead of the 2 door sedan. I didn't want to take a chance and devalue the model by altering it so I left it as is. It still serves it's purpose.

      I don't suppose there could be an Aussie Ford kit that has that engine
