        I started with the old Revell 2 x Jaguar XKE - Revell und De Agostini 1/8 kit a while ago and already made a lot of new parts for it. Then I got the XKE from De Agostini and thought it to be a good idea to build the engines simultaneously. And then I saw the De Agostini "engine" - a square piece of plastic that... oh well, you know what I mean when you see the pic. So I started constructing a new one and will use it for both models. This is the first prototype for checking dimensions and fittings. But I think it is already a "slight" improvement...

      Great! the Jaguar engines are pretty nice! Very deserving of a modelers attention!
      That Agostini? Looks more like a Bugatti than a Jag!

      The De Agostini Jag needed 3 x Weber DOCEs instead of the standard SUs. So I had to make them myself...
