Hi All .. i am just starting an Alfa Romeo 8C Monza ... not the usual 1/8 Poacher ... this will be a little smaller at 1/12 ...
I have been collecting reference material, re-stocking the paints and tool... and rummaging thru all sorts of wire and fittings and anything which can be transformed into detail.
Taking inspiration from these forums and my love of old Italian cars, I will try my best to create a nice rendition of the 1932 Monaco winning car ... i am sure some bits may not be perfect as they were on that day .. but i am struggling to find pictures of the actual car.. other than the black and white from the day.
I am starting with the engine ... carbutetor and supercharger first
I will add some pictures as it progresses.. amd when i work out how to !
