      Hello
      I am looking for plans or drawings suitable for making scale models from for pre WWI era race cars like the following:

      Fiat 120 HP
      Mercer 35R
      Stutz Bearcat
      National 50 HP
      Locomobile “Old #16”
      Any of the pre 1914 Grand Prix Auto’s
      Mercedes
      Benz
      Etc.

      If you know of a source for any either online or hard copy please post or PM me

    The VSRN website had a wealth of plans before it went down. Fortunately, thanks to the Wayback Machine at archive.org you can still find a copy of them at http://web.archive.org/web/201603281...MM_Plans_1.htm

    Richard"s post gave a link to a list of the old Mode! And Allied Publications Car Plans. I be!ieve that a UK company named Traplet Publications market the plans.

    Further to my last post, on another plans source, I believe that all of the late Gerald Wingrove plans and portfolios service was bought by a man named Stephen Pombo, who has a website Pomboworks.com. I have tried emailing this guy a number of times but got no response whatsoever. Does anybody know if he is still trading? His website has not changed at all since the first time I looked at it about 2 years ago. Has he given up, died, or has a long term illness? Can anyone enlighten us?
