I painted the body three times, the first was not ok , all cracked and the second time i tried vernish but the black color didn't accept it so i painted it another time .
i passed hours and hours to put the paint off each time. Hours to sand Traction avant CitroŽn 15 six the body two times...and you tell its not paint ! Buy glasses man !

So? is this the third painting? If that is your third painting, "Chapeau?!" (Did I get that right?) -My hats off to you! -Paint and painting is not always the easiest thing to do. AND, to apply it in a smooth layer, and to have an appropriate sheen for the subject and scale is what every modeler should be trying to achieve.

Too many models are buried under a heavy paint application.

    Thanks for posting. -Don

Yes , ask my wife, she saw me completly crazy. The second time the wings were ok ,i have kept them. I sanded only the body.
The roof is very difficult to paint. At last it was not perfect, i took sanding Traction avant CitroŽn 15 six pads 3600 to 12000 and i polished.
Saturday i'll take other pictures closer, you'll see its paint and not really perfect everywhere.
when you build this model its always between happyness and desapointment.
If you missed the painting, you have two choices : try again or paint it like an old broken rusted wreck.

3 times painting sounds familiair, I had that to, could it be the kind of plastic they used?
