        Hi


        I have built airplanes for several years, but by chance I came across a Pocher Bugatti 50T and Alfa Romeo Muletto. Both cars were built in the 80's and were characterized by the tooth of the time. The bugattien is picked down, restored and put together. I have now started at Alfa and thought to post some pictures along the way. This page is also incredibly good for finding information and references to this project.

      The brake light switch (bolted to the steering box) is is beautiful, but you might want to check whether the Muletto (a pure racer) had brakelights.

      It's good to see that you have avoided alot of the pifalls that I had!

      Thanxs for the info, i will see if i keep it or not on this model. This car is not a 100% replica, but a fun building who i have build and added what i find from reference online.

      No problem. Finding pictures that relate to one car only, to build an exact replica, is impossible. There are many detail differences, as well as that major ones, e.g. Coil or magneto ignition, position of the oil tank, auto compensated front brake balance...
      My build has turned out to be homage to the Nuvolari Targa Florio car - but I have no idea how accurate it is.
