Hi guys.. Was just checking out my fathers car models and i came across these two models that he has. I did some research on them and they seem to be pretty rare! Does anyone else have these models on this forum? Looking forward to some conversation on them!

Hello Daniel, I just found your posting.
Would you like to sell the model?
    If so give a massage.
Look at my subdomain below there you see I'm building a similar model in big scale!

    Hello Daniel:

I actually have a couple of each of these Fulgurex models. One of each is perfect with original wood packing crate, wood display case, certificate and lithograph of a painting of each of these cars.

The other one of each needs restoration, so if you need reference photos to see what yours may be missing, or if you need parts eMail me at edtuler@rogers.com

And Wolfgang, if you want either of these models feel free to contact me also. By the way what scale is the SSKL you have on your profile and who made it.

I just happened across an auction listing at Christie's, and apparently a 1/12 Fulgurex Mercedes SSKL recently sold for $6,850. Believe it or not, the underlined copy below is a link. I can't figure out why it gets posted that way here.

Mercedes SSKL 1/12 scale by Fulgurex of Switzerland. A very rare and very well detailed metal model of this infamous '30s racing car that dominated motorsport competitions in its day. With fine engine detail and interior, this was one of only three m

A Fulgurex Bentley was sold three years ago by RM Auctions for a bit over $8,000.

When you consider that Fine Art Models sells their SSKs (1/5 scale) for a list price of $32,500, these are bargains!

I can get a full size Honda Van for the same price as the 1/5 SSK. I'd sell my own models but all together I don't think I'd reach $100 bucks.
