    Hello everyone, Would any fellow members have a list of the drill bit size for the Pocher screw sizes that comes with the kits?? Example= Screw 72303 72301, 72302, ect,ect. is what drill bit size??? Thanks, Rick

    As a basic rule of thumb, the tapping drill size for small screws is about 85-90% of the thread diameter. For instance an M2 thread is 1.9mm diameter, 85% of that is 1.615mm, and the recommended drill is 1.6mm. As the screws get smaller and weaker I usually tend towards 90%.

    Incidentally the thread on the small screws that go into the plastic is 1/16" Whitworth. I made a rudimentary tap by filing three v slots into one of the longer screws, and soft soldering it into a piece of hex tube.
