The Bone is almost done. I painted the bottom of the fuselage today. The afterburner cans took me almost all week to build. They had 52 pieces each, but they look good. I'm also trying to mold wing tip lights.

    Cheers

Fantastic. Are the afterburner parts plastic or PE? Did they come with thee kit or did you get them aftermarket.

Thanks....The afterburner cans are Eduards PE. They are awesome and a pain to build, but worth it. I soldered most of the components together.

Thanks Rob for the info. That Eduards stuff is really incredible. I just bought a 1/32 Spitfire IX from Pacific Coast Models and it contains two frets of Eduards PE parts for the instrument panel and a few other parts. It doesn't get any better than that. The decals are from Cartograph.

When I buy PE, It's always Eduards. Top of the line stuff. My B-17 that I need to get back on has colored Eduards PE. It's amazing how much detail they can get. I would love to see the Spit when you get going.
